Dino

Dino is a seasoned professional in the business outsourcing industry with 20+ years of experience. As an operations expert, Dino ensured 99% capacity on the first lockdown day during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, proving the success of the contingency strategy.

Prior to joining Incoho, Dino worked for seven years at RCBC Bankard, one of the leading credit card companies in the Philippines.

Dino enjoys keeping track of his small cryptocurrency portfolio in his spare time.

Fun Facts:

Dino enjoys walking in new places. He has done over 30k steps in a day thrice. His best is 42k steps in Japan’s Kamikochi valley. He also did 35k steps in Boston and 33k steps in Quebec.

Anthony

Anthony whose track record includes three years with Mercer Management Consulting, where he focused on working capital. At Mercer his accomplishments included managing the joint interest collection department of one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies, and reducing that customer’s accounts receivable balance from $170 million to $50 million. Most recently, Anthony was one of the key start up team members of Keen, Inc., a Silicon Valley Internet success story.

Manager

Raymond

Raymond joined Incoho in 2009 as an agent for a collection project. Since then, he mastered the art of collections, lead generation, customer service and data management for the company and was re-assigned to different projects to help it grow exponentially. Now, he is a dedicated manager focusing on the employee satisfaction and retainment. He loves surprising people in the company and conducting spot games, quiz, creating ideas and activities to make people happy.

Inside and outside work, he is an advocate of healthy living giving advice to those who seek help because he is also a professional nurse.

Fun Facts:

Raymond loves old motorcycles and cars.

He is known in the office as “babe” and even guys call him that way.

Chairman and Co-founder

Jeff

30+ years of experience leading complex initiatives across a variety of industries in the U.S. and internationally. A specialized focus on electric, gas, and water utilities (municipals, investor owned, cooperative) and other heavy asset industries.

Jeff leverages his work experience to focus on integrating people, technology and processes with clients to deliver substantial performance improvement to their organizations.

Jeff is so passionate about his work that he still has his profile picture from his graduation day.

Senior Graphic Artist

Ernest

Since 2014, Ernest has been honing his graphic design skills at Incoho, a company that offers diverse and innovative creative solutions. He has handled various projects ranging from event marketing in Canada to subscription box puzzles. He recently joined a Kickstarter startup that publishes tabletop books as a senior graphic artist.

Ernest’s versatility and resourcefulness as a designer enable him to explore his own creativity beyond his work.

He enjoys working on personal and freelance projects that challenge his imagination and style.

Customer Support

Jefferson

For 13 years, Jeff has been part of Incoho’s Research Team, working on different tasks like researching contact information for companies and individuals, call verification for the hospitality industry, private institutions, list building, skip tracing, quality control, and doing detailed reports for clients. Currently, he’s one of the team leaders of a successful Incoho project.

Outside work, Jeff lives with his 5 cats. He also enjoys working out at home, cooking and singing in his spare time.

Lani

Lani joined Incoho in 2002 as a pioneer member for one of the company’s collection groups assigned to handle a US-based telecommunications company. With her exemplary work ethic and attention to detail, she has since then been assigned various commercial to consumer collections projects. 

When Incoho Inc. ventured into the Research and Data entry program in 2004, Lani was immediately assigned as the lead person to spearhead the new service offer, providing solid market research and consulting to pharmaceutical, sales, marketing, hospitality, and healthcare industries. A known multi-tasker, Lani has also been entrusted to assist or oversee the company’s recruitment requirements.

Operations Manager

Alex

Alex is a call center specialist, with direct experience in all forms of collections. Formerly working for the largest collection company in the world, NCO. Alex brings not only collection skills, but a superior customer service-oriented background. Alex joined Incoho INC. in 2009 and continued his passion for delivering world class customer service and empowering the team to go above and beyond what is expected. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Ottawa, Alex is one of the few Canadians with Incoho and you’ll probably hear him say “Eh” at the end of every sentence. Outside the office you can find Alex reading comics books and hanging out with his cats Sonny and Peaches. Karaoke song choice: Can’t help falling in love. – Elvis Presley.

Jenelh

Aside from being an enthusiast photographer, Jenelh has been working for Incoho for 15 years now with experience in an e-mail marketing campaign, ad listing, and has significant research skills. She also provides daily productivity reports and monitors the Research Team’s performance. She may be particularly stringent in setting deadlines and productivity standards, but she definitely knows how to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Mary Rose

With the background in lead generation, sales, commercial and consumer collections, Mary Rose offers exemplary customer service as well as billing and debt collection expertise for a wide range of claims complexity. Currently assigned as a lead in a capital equipment planning software project engaged in maintaining an integrated equipment catalog that houses thousands of SKUs, Mary Rose believes that process excellence and commitment to quality is vital.

Mary Rose holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management major in Operations Management and graduated as a “Cum Laude”.

Outside office, Mary Rose is adventurous. She loves to travel and do mountain climbing whenever she is free.

Fun Facts:

Loves camping and late-night stories that come along with it.

When traveling, she always sleeps on the bus and only waking up when they are near or already at their destination.
